Directions

South Terminal:
When approaching South Terminal, stay in the right hand lane and follow the signs for the Short Stay Car Park (Pick Up). On entering the barrier, after taking your ticket you will proceed to the Orange Car Park 3 Level 1 and follow signs for "Approved Operators Area". Please make yourself known to the Sure Parking driver in Orange High viz Jackets. This is also your meeting point on return.

North Terminal:
When entering the North Terminal stay in the left lane, following the signs for the Short Stay Car Park 5 (the first car park on your right after the barriers). On entering the barrier, after taking your ticket, you will proceed to the ground floor of Car Park 5 and follow the signs for “Approved Operators Area”. Please make yourself known to the Sure Parking driver in Orange High viz Jackets. This is also your meeting point on return.

Arrival instructions

Please ensure you call 20 minutes prior to reaching the terminal on 07855 551 177.
Drive to the Short Stay car park and dedicated meeting point to meet your driver who will be in branded Orange Jackets
Please have your email booking confirmation ready, together with your return flight details
Then the terminal is just a short walk away.

Return instructions

Once you have collected your luggage please call Sure Meet & Greet on 07855 551 177.
Then head back to the same car park and meeting point to collect your vehicle
Your vehicle will be waiting for you, so you can be on your way home as quickly as possible

Important information

Sure Parking do not accept minibuses, long wheel based vans or motorhomes. The height restriction for Car Park 5 is 1.8m and for Car Park 3 is 2m.

Overstay charges: £20.

- You can cancel or change your booking up to 24 hours before your parking period begins without any charges.
Parking Period:
- Your parking period starts at 12:01 AM on the first day of your booked dates, regardless of your pre-booked arrival time.
Important to Note:
- If you don’t cancel or update your booking at least 24 hours before your parking period begins, we’ll need to charge you for the full booking. Also, please be aware that we can’t offer refunds if you return earlier than planned.
Booking Adjustments:
- If you make changes to your booking and the price changes, we’ll either charge or refund the difference based on your adjustments.
